Sterilisation
Regardless if cups, buckets or lids have to be sterilized,
we upgrade all these stations if there is enough space
on the machine, even if the machine is an outside product.
The scope of delivery covers all necessary components
from processing of sterilized air to machine tunnel.
The sterilisation of packaging can optionally be carried
out with ultraviolet lamps or with hydrogen peroxide.
Our core competence is the sterilisation with hydrogen
peroxide. At these stations, an exactly dosed amount
of hydrogen peroxide is evaporated and in gaseous
condition of aggregation blown into or onto the packing.
The steam of hydrogen peroxide condenses on the
cold surface of the packing and deposits as condensate.
Afterwards the packing is dried with sterile hot air.
There are, of course, devices to suction the air
containing hydrogen peroxide.
