Functional and predominant as to technology Design and equipment of the mechanical and the electronic parts are up to date as to technology and are especially characterised by practical features: - Horizontal filler which is easy to clean and guarantees   complete emptying - The short product route between filler and filling needle   minimizes the product loss during the cleaning or during   the change of the product. - The fixed filling needle replaces the hose fitting between   filler and filing needle. Thus, the product route can be   completely emptied. - For the below level filling the cans are lifted with the help   of a servo motor, which guarantees a precise and fine   adjustment and minimises the foaming of the product. - In order to prevent the drainage at periods of disuse a   pneumatically controlled cone valve screws the filling   needle after the filling. - The piston is also driven by a servo motor. Thus, the   movement of absorption and ejection can be perfectly   adjusted to the product that has to be filled. - A central lubrication provides smooth manufacturing - Optionally convertible to abrasive media like polish and   grinding material.
