Filling machine for canister The filling machine VMS-GGF 10-K is assembled as stand-alone machine for the fully automatic-controlled filling and screwing of canisters. Integrating all additional equipment as the sorting of screw caps and conveyor belt in the machine, the VMS-GGF 10-K has a very compact design. By the use of the Bizerba weighing unit, the VMS-GGF 10-K is most adequate for capacities from 3 to 30 litres. The screwing of the caps is done by a dynamometric controlled servo motor. The screwing moment of the servo motor can be adjusted at the touch screen. In order to guarantee cost-effective filling even with a high number of diverse formats and products the machine is equipped with a big memory capacity for formats, where the parameters for the special products and/or formats can be stored. Starting new filling, the parameters can be accessed. Thus, the time for a modification of the format or a product change is minimized.
